Upload your video (YouTube, Google Drive, etc.) and paste the link into the questionnaire. TMV uses this to evaluate your delivery and build your Lab Report & Mechanics Breakdown.

3 Build Plan

TMV Builds Your Personalized Pitching Plan

Once your video and questionnaire are reviewed, TMV builds your full 4-week Pitching Development Plan with throwing volume, movement work, arm care, priorities, and the full TMV Lab Report.

How long does it take to receive my Pitching Development Plan? +

Once you complete the questionnaire and submit your video link, plans are typically delivered within 48–72 hours. TMV evaluates your mechanics, movement patterns, and workload before building the full program.

Do I need special equipment? +

All TMV plans are built around what you have access to. Bands and plyo balls are recommended, but not required. Most plyo ball exercises can be done with a regular baseball.

Can TMV work with youth, high school, and college/pro athletes? +

Yes — TMV builds age-appropriate plans for youth, advanced high school players, college arms, and professional pitchers. Each program is tailored by level, goals, and schedule.
