Program name: TMV Texts (“TMV”, “we”, “us”)

Opt-in methods. You can opt in by: (1) using the “Text TMV” popup on our website, (2) entering your phone number at checkout and agreeing to receive texts, or (3) submitting your phone number on our Contact page where consent is shown.

Message types. Service and support messages related to your training: workout instructions, reminders, scheduling, confirmations, and account notifications. No marketing texts without separate consent.

Frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Help/Stop. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to opt out at any time. After you text STOP, we’ll send a confirmation message and you won’t receive more SMS from us unless you opt in again.

Eligibility. U.S. recipients only. You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder of the mobile number you provide.

Delivery. SMS/MMS delivery not guaranteed; carrier or device issues may affect delivery.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
