Why TMV Strength Works

This isn’t “chest day / arm day.” Every cycle is built to transfer to the mound and the box.

Professional-Grade Programming

TMV Strength is built in collaboration with a current Power 5 strength coach and backed by pro and high-level college experience. You’re not guessing—you’re following systems that are used in real player development settings.

Baseball-Specific, Not Bodybuilding

Every cycle is designed around speed, rotation, and durability. We care about force production, decel, and sprint outputs—not how sore you are or how big your pump is after one workout.

Simple & Repeatable

Clear workouts, no fluff. Open the plan, see today’s lift, and execute. Parents, athletes, and coaches can all understand and run the system without needing a strength coach standing next to them.

  • Level-Friendly: Youth, high school, and college/pro options are all built with level-appropriate loading and complexity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Click a question below to see the answer.

Can I use this in-season?
Yes. TMV strength cycles include structures that can be adjusted for in-season workloads so you can stay strong without feeling fried on game day.
Do I need a full weight room?
A rack, barbell, and dumbbells are great—but we also provide simple swaps when equipment is limited so you can still make progress.
Can I combine this with a TMV throwing program?
Absolutely. Strength cycles are designed to sit alongside TMV throwing calendars so throwing volume and weight room volume work together instead of against each other.
How do I know which plan to choose?
Youth is best for ages 5–14. High School is for serious HS athletes. College/Pro is for advanced players with training experience. If you’re on the fence, you can always text TMV and we’ll point you in the right direction.
What happens after the first 4 weeks?
You can roll into the next TMV cycle, repeat the block with slightly increased loading, or stack strength with Pitching Development for a fully integrated development system.
Is this safe for youth athletes?
Yes. Youth cycles are built around movement, coordination, and control—not max loading. The focus is learning to move well first, then adding appropriate challenges over time.
